Le Parisien Flats and Marketplace
Orfield Labs is an internationally known acoustical consulting lab in Minneapolis that practices consulting in research and architecture. One of our main areas of architectural consulting is on the acoustics of multi-housing projects.
Orfield Labs has been retained by Le Parisien, LLC to provide acoustical consulting services for the condominium project in order to insure that the quality of acoustical performance will be suitable for the owners of this building.
Our consulting work includes assistance with the design of walls, floor and ceiling assemblies, plumbing and appliance noise, HVAC noise, and other noise issues. It also includes the development of demonstrations of acoustical performance of that space that can be listened to by potential buyers. Finally, it includes acoustical covenants so that noisy tenants can be quickly and effectively dealt with under set procedures already laid out in the condominium documents.
The developers of this new project have taken significant steps toward creating a better acoustical environment that will help to insure that extra effort has been expended to insure a high quality building.
