HOURCAR--a nonprofit program of Minnesota's own Neighborhood Energy Consortium--owns a fleet of fuel efficient, super low emission, gas-electric hybrid vehicles. The cars are hubbed in neighborhoods throughout the Twin Cities.
Neighborhood residents and businesses join HOURCAR and pay for using cars by the hour or month. Members can have access to an HOURCAR for as little as $38/month. HOURCAR pays for maintenance, cleaning, insurance--even fuel! All members do is drive. To learn more visit www.HOURCAR.org.
